As a Sales BDC Agent, you will serve as the vital link between potential customers and our multi-brand dealership's sales team. Your primary responsibility is to handle inbound and outbound communications—setting appointments, following up with leads, and helping ensure a seamless sales experience across all of our new and pre-owned vehicle brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound internet leads, phone calls, and text messages. Make outbound calls to follow up with unsold leads, previous customers, and targeted marketing campaigns. Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for our showroom across multiple vehicle brands. Accurately log all customer communications and lead activity in the CRM Coordinate with sales staff to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Support dealership marketing efforts by promoting current incentives and offers. Follow up with missed appointments or cold leads to maintain a strong pipeline. Stay informed on vehicle inventory, current promotions, and manufacturer updates. Deliver excellent customer service that reflects the values of Regal Automotive Group.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. 1+ year of experience in a customer service, call center, or BDC role (automotive industry a plus). Excellent phone and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms and dealership management systems. Energetic, personable, and motivated by achieving daily/weekly performance goals. Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus. Must work Saturday Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check. Must have clean and valid driver's license.
