Event Sales Assistant

As an Event Sales Assistant , you'll represent nationally recognized brands while building valuable sales skills: Engage with customers and clientele to promote products and services Stay informed on all client products, services, and promotional offers Provide accurate, up-to-date information using company training and tools Build and maintain positive customer relationships Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution Maintain a professional image and ensure compliance with company standards Support event goals including customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth Who We're Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required (college coursework a plus) Strong communicators who enjoy interacting with people Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn Coachable and adaptable with a growth mindset Comfortable working on-site at events and local locations in and around Orlando Able to manage time effectively and stay organized Open to feedback and continuous improvement No experience required — full training provided
