Sales Assistant FS Builder Resources - 3.1 Orlando, FL Job Details $20 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Position Summary The Sales Assistant serves as a central point of contact for assigned builder accounts while supporting the sales and operations teams. This position manages the day-to-day flow of purchase orders, selections, job information, and installation requirements to ensure jobs are processed accurately and completed according to builder schedules. The role works closely with customers, purchasing managers, field superintendents, sales representatives, and internal departments to communicate changes, coordinate schedules, and resolve issues throughout the order and installation process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor builder portals for purchase orders, revisions, schedule changes, and other account information. Review incoming purchase orders to verify accuracy, scope, selections, and requested materials. Enter and maintain accurate customer, job, purchase order, and order information within company systems. Transcribe selection sheets and create, review, and process installation work orders. Schedule installations based on builder timelines, material lead times, availability, and operational capacity. Manage revisions, reselections, material backorders, order discrepancies, installation issues, and scheduling conflicts. Communicate with builder purchasing teams, field superintendents, sales representatives, and internal departments regarding job status, materials, scheduling, and changes. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Scheduling, and Field Operations to support timely and successful installations. Maintain accurate job records and documentation and escalate issues that could impact customer commitments or job completion. Provide additional administrative and account support as business needs require. Skills/Experience to Help You Succeed in This Role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet established deadlines.
