Trade/Sales Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade/Sales Assistant to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for individuals who excel in administrative tasks and have a keen interest in learning about the financial services industry. In this role, you will support critical processes, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and management within Microsoft Excel to support daily tasks and project requirements.
• Monitor financial transactions to ensure funds are allocated correctly and promptly.
• Generate and review daily and weekly reports to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Provide administrative assistance to support the team's operational needs.
• Answer inbound calls and address inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in processing account transactions and monitoring cash activities.
• Contribute to buying processes and other trade-related activities.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage client information and interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals. Requirements
• Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data processing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle financial transactions and monitor cash activities accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls and inquiries.
• Interest in or willingness to learn about the financial services industry.
• Capability to produce and analyze reports for verification purposes.
