As the wireless industry continues to grow and new devices are launching, we are expanding our team to meet customer demand. We are looking for a Wireless Sales Assistant who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to wireless sales efforts. In this Wireless Sales Assistant role, you'll play a critical part in supporting sales goals, customer device set up and guiding customers through their new upgrade options. The Wireless Sales Assistant will be responsible for creating customer accounts and setting them up with anything they need for their new device. This is more than just a Wireless Sales Assistant role, it's a gateway into the world of wireless sales, offering hands-on experience, daily interaction with customers, and long-term growth potential in a career based position. What You'll Focus On as a

Wireless Sales Assistant:

Support sales initiatives: Help expand new wireless devices by assisting with daily sales tasks and customer interactions Connect with customers: Connect to our phone is easy but connecting with customers is long term. We want our Wireless Sales Assistants to be able to communicate service options, answer questions, and guide purchasing decisions Assist in upgrades and promotions: Educate customers on wireless products, features, and current promotions Maintain account accuracy: Help process orders, update accounts, and confirm service details Collaborate with sales leads: Work closely with senior sales staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences Track performance: Monitor sales metrics and contribute ideas for increasing team effectiveness What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with customers A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in all responsibilities given Team player who thrives in a collaborative, customer-first setting Comfortable working with technology and learning new wireless products Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus
