This is not a traditional desk assistant position. We are looking for someone with personality, confidence, great energy, personal style, and a natural ability to connect with people. A major part of this position will be live selling. After training, you will independently host approximately 2-3 live shopping shows per week. You should be comfortable being the main person on camera, presenting fashion items, talking with customers, creating excitement, encouraging bidding, and keeping viewers engaged throughout the show. You will also assist with live selling for our fashion brand, iAMMI, help create and edit social media content, and provide general creative and business support as needed. What You'll Do Independently host 2-3 live selling shows per week after training Present, describe, style, and sell fashion items on camera Engage with customers and create an entertaining live shopping experience Help prepare, organize, and set up merchandise for live shows Assist with iAMMI live selling sessions Create short form content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms Film creative fashion, product, lifestyle, and behind the scenes content Edit short form videos using CapCut or similar editing tools Help develop creative content ideas and stay aware of relevant social media trends Assist with styling products and preparing content Provide general hands on assistance with day to day business needs Work independently and take initiative once trained Who We're Looking For We care just as much about your personality, creativity, and natural ability as we do about your resume.

The ideal person:

Has a fun, outgoing, engaging personality Is confident and natural on camera Has a strong sense of style and genuinely enjoys fashion Can talk comfortably without needing a script Has the personality and confidence to SELL, not just present a product Understands Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short form content Can film and edit social media videos Knows how to use CapCut or similar editing software Is creative and can contribute ideas instead of always waiting for instructions Is dependable, punctual, organized, and consistent Can eventually run live selling shows independently without supervision Is comfortable switching between live selling, content creation, and general assistance Previous professional live selling experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has strong personality, sales potential, style, creativity, and confidence on camera. Schedule Approximately 3 days per week Part time, approximately 15-25 hours per week depending on business needs and performance. This is an in person position in Georgia. Some flexibility may occasionally be needed around live selling schedules, content days, launches, and special events. Compensation $14-$15 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill Additional performance based commission is available for qualifying live sales. There is an opportunity to earn significantly more during successful live selling sessions based on sales performance.
