WHAT IS THE JOB?
The Wholesale Assistant works with the Mashburn wholesale division by assisting the sales team in managing accounts, hitting sales goals, traveling to trunk and trade shows, and coordinating operations. It is a high energy job with opportunities to work directly with Mashburn wholesale accounts as well as internal design, production, and distribution teams. This role also serves as an ambassador for the brand and will develop product knowledge and customer-facing skills.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
Oversee sample coordination, working with the sales, design, and creative teams Coordinate Operations including Made-to-Measure and Alterations at HQ Assist with tradeshow and seasonal market preparation and outreach Support order management inputs for both pre-season and in-season needs including style information and pre-bookings, re-orders, and made-to-measure Help manage Available to Ship (ATS) inventory to drive in-season business goals Facilitate and support account customer service, including order updateschanges, timelines, and returns Assist in achieving annual wholesale sales plans Contribute to relationship management with major and specialty accounts Travel for and support Trunk Shows with in-person selling and product merchandising
WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS?
