Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inside Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This office-based role is essential in supporting our inside and field sales teams, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the inside and field sales teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and customer communications.
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing support for outside sales reps.
- Distribute and track sales leads and follow-ups.
- Respond to customer inquiries and route them appropriately.
- Support trade show logistics and promotional material preparation.
- Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns and materials.
- Process sales orders and ensure documentation accuracy. Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in healthcare or manufacturing is a plus.
