About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to support our outside sales team in a fast-paced, busy office environment . This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly across sales, customer communication, sampling, shipping, and vendor coordination. This position requires someone who can stay on task independently while managing multiple priorities and completing work accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Assist outside sales representatives by preparing customer quotes and pricing information Contact manufacturers regarding job protection forms and project requirements Prepare outbound sample shipments via UPS and track deliveries as needed Order and manage product samples for customers and sales team use Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom Support coordination between sales, vendors, and internal teams Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed Enter and maintain records in internal systems, including QuickBooks/ G Suite Platforms/ Excel Required Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, busy office environment Ability to stay on task and work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Experience with G Suite applications (Gmail/sheets/google drive etc.) or ability to pick up quickly a must.
