Average first-year income $78,000+ with opportunity to earn above six figures About the Role TF Partners Inc. is seeking motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join our growing team as an Area Sales Agent. In this client-facing role, you'll work directly with local business owners, company leaders, and employees to help organizations provide affordable supplemental health benefits and valuable workplace solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building strong relationships, and making a meaningful impact in their community. No previous sales experience is required-we provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to build a successful career. For individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential, opportunities for advancement are available.
