We are known for fresh produce, quality meats, deli items, gourmet foods, gift baskets, seasonal items, and strong customer service. We operate multiple retail store locations along with a warehouse and production support team. Position Summary We are looking for a sharp, outgoing, tech-savvy Retail Operations & Technology Support Coordinator to join our team. This role supports our stores, warehouse, office, customer orders, signage, pricing, supplies, technology tools, and seasonal projects. The right person will be organized, friendly, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is not a basic office job. We need a true self-starter — someone who sees what needs to be done, jumps in, follows through, and is not afraid to learn something new, figure out a system, or help create a better process. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, a positive and outgoing personality, strong technology skills, and the desire to grow with the company. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Order Support Take and process phone and email orders accurately and professionally Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude Answer questions, follow up on orders, and help resolve customer concerns Communicate clearly with customers, stores, warehouse staff, managers, and office team members Support seasonal order volume and special projects as needed Office & Store Support Monitor and respond to internal communications through Microsoft Teams and email Print and prepare labels, signage, order forms, and store materials Update produce pricing and assist with pricing accuracy Prepare, organize, and distribute supplies for store locations Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal task cycles Help keep paperwork, orders, files, and support materials organized Technology & Creative Support Use Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint Assist with basic design projects, signage, flyers, and customer-facing materials Use Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools when needed Learn and use multiple internal systems with accuracy and confidence Help identify ways to improve systems, processes, communication, and organization Operations Support Assist with inventory-related tasks and seasonal initiatives Support warehouse and retail operations as needed Help create or improve processes when something is not working efficiently Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish Jump in where needed during busy seasons, special projects, or urgent store requests Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: A strong self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers and coworkers A natural multitasker who can stay calm and organized under pressure Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems Comfortable figuring out new tasks, systems, and projects Not afraid to ask smart questions, try new things, and create better processes Detail-oriented and accurate with orders, pricing, communication, and follow-up Positive, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed Creative, resourceful, and solution-focused Interested in advancement and taking on more responsibility over time Required Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong computer skills Experience using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel Ability to multitask in a busy office, warehouse, and retail support environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, customer service, office support, warehouse support, or order processing Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools Experience creating signs, flyers, labels, or marketing materials Familiarity with inventory systems, pricing systems, POS systems, or order processing systems Strong Microsoft 365 experience, including Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams Interest in growing into a leadership, operations, customer service, or creative support role Work Environment This position works in a busy, hands-on office, warehouse, and retail support setting. The role includes a mix of computer work, customer communication, order support, printing materials, organizing supplies, assisting stores, and helping with seasonal projects.
