Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Valid Property and Casualty insurance producer license in Massachusetts. Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency management. Strong command of agency management systems and digital lead tracking tools. Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of sales professionals. Excellent analytical skills for reviewing policy data and sales metrics. Prior experience in small business or commercial insurance is a significant advantage. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of our sales division while maintaining a high standard of client service. Mentor junior agents through coaching sessions to help them refine their sales techniques and product knowledge. Manage your own portfolio of clients while actively identifying new growth opportunities in the Boston market. Collaborate with the leadership team to set achievable goals and develop strategies that expand our local footprint. Review complex insurance policies to ensure our clients receive the most effective coverage options available. Cultivate a collaborative environment where every agent feels empowered to share ideas and pursue professional growth.
