Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Work with customers directly and businesses regarding education on services and inquiries, guiding customers to the right AT&T solutions Set up new accounts, handle upgrades, and manage service transitions with accuracy and efficiency. Resolve service issues by identifying problems, simplifying solutions, and escalating when needed for fast results. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, track sales activity, upgrades, and customer feedback to support growth and performance goals in the Worcester market. Work with leadership and team members to strengthen sales strategies and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality where a direct, results-oriented mindset was imperative Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrates strong organization skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Solution oriented mindset to resolve customer questions and concerns
