You will develop practical sales skills while learning how to conduct professional customer conversations, explain wireless options, and confidently represent Verizon throughout the sales process. Verizon Sales Assistant Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customer prospects and establish professional sales conversations. Present Verizon products, plans, and wireless service options. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Verizon solutions. Explain wireless features, benefits, and available service options. Apply effective sales techniques to support customer enrollment and new sales. Respond to customer questions and provide accurate Verizon information. Maintain strong wireless product knowledge and deliver clear sales presentations. Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and shared sales objectives. Verizon Sales Assistant Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong verbal communication and customer engagement skills. Professional, motivated, and comfortable working in a sales environment. Willingness to learn Verizon products and wireless services. Previous sales, Verizon, or wireless experience is a plus but not required.
