Robert Half Sales Assistant Woburn, MA Apply Description We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support day-to-day sales activity in Woburn, Massachusetts. This position plays an important part in connecting with prospective and existing customers, responding to inquiries, and helping move opportunities through the sales process. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both inbound and outbound outreach and brings a customer-focused approach to every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and provide clear information about products or services.
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients to generate interest and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, follow-up communications, and routine account support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.
- Support direct sales efforts by building relationships with clients and helping advance active opportunities.
- Track leads and follow up consistently to help improve conversion rates and overall sales performance. Requirements
- Experience supporting sales activities in an inside sales, direct sales, or related customer-facing environment.
- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound communication with professionalism and confidence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to shared sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-up and problem-solving.
