Full-time About the role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Government Sales Assistant to support our daily operations in government procurement. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparation and submission of RFQs (Requests for Quotes) Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and product details Follow up on quotes, orders, and deliveries Support logistics coordination and shipment tracking Maintain organized records of bids, suppliers, and orders Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Basic knowledge of Excel and email communication Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (not required) Experience in sales, procurement, or administrative roles Familiarity with government contracting or logistics What we offer Opportunity to grow within a government contracting business Hands-on experience in procurement and operations Stable work environment with a collaborative team
