In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers to promote essential communication and safety services, ensuring they receive the support they need. Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients, emphasizing the value of Lifeline services. Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, territory management, and community outreach efforts. Present product demonstrations and explain service features clearly to educate customers about benefits. Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer retention, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data for targeted outreach. Negotiate service packages tailored to individual needs while maintaining compliance with company policies. Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory expansion plans, and market analysis to maximize growth opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on customer engagement. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation activities effectively. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for tracking sales activities and customer data. Excellent negotiation skills paired with exceptional customer service abilities to build trust and close deals. Demonstrated success in cold calling, inside sales, or direct sales environments. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and conduct product demos confidently. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment; previous experience in technology or telecommunications sales is a plus.
