Job Description Our client is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join their team in Lake Orion, MI . The Sales Administrative Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales team through data analysis, reporting, and administrative coordination. This role works closely with sales leadership to analyze sales data, audit pricing and inventory, and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced working with large datasets in Excel. Cannabis industry experience is strongly preferred.

Full-time position M-F Starting at $21-23/hr Responsibilities Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement Support sales leadership with reporting, allocations, and administrative coordination Perform menu audits, price checks, and sales audits to ensure product and pricing accuracy Review customer inventory and sales activity to identify replenishment opportunities Maintain product pricing, SKUs, and customer information across internal systems Create and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and operational tracking documents Assist with customer onboarding and sales documentation Support order processing, invoicing, and sales-related administrative tasks Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve processes and streamline workflows Perform additional sales operations and administrative duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, inventory analysis, or a related role Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain data accuracy Ability to manage repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy Experience with CRM systems, LeafLink, METRC, or QuickBooks preferred Strong communication skills and ability to support multiple departments in a fast-paced environment The United Green is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
