After completing the initial onsite training period, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely from home. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to provide administrative and sales support that ensures smooth daily operations across our sales function. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, preparing proposals, coordinating communications, and supporting both field and office activities. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales information. Assist with preparing and assembling sales proposals, presentations, and related documentation. Organize, audit, and maintain sales files and records to ensure compliance and accessibility. Support operational walkthroughs and coordinate relevant documentation and follow-up actions. Manage sales territory data and input accurate information into the CRM system. Assist in developing cold calling lists, prospect data, and basic marketing materials. Provide administrative and logistical support to sales and office teams as needed. Represent the company professionally at networking events, charitable functions, or professional association meetings as assigned. Maintain punctual and reliable attendance while upholding company policies and procedures. Build and sustain positive, professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, contractors, and clients.
