This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process, enhance customer satisfaction, and facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a keen interest in sales operations. Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation with accuracy and professionalism. Manage customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or other communication channels, ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Support order processing activities, including verifying order details and coordinating with logistics or warehouse teams. Follow up on pending quotes and proposals to facilitate timely conversions and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to streamline sales processes. What do we look for in Sales Support Administrator? Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in a professional manner. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email management tools. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about sales processes and product offerings. 2 years of experience in order fulfillment
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
