Reza Live Theatre in Branson, Missouri, is seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting guests with merchandise purchases, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills, a passion for live entertainment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and digital payments. Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space. Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels. Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries. Uphold company policies regarding sales, returns, and exchanges. Work collaboratively with theatre staff to enhance the guest experience. Promote theatre events and special offers to guests.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment.
