$36,000 - $60,000 + annually About the Role Oakes Auto Group is hiring BDC Sales Agents to support our growing dealerships throughout the Kansas City metro area. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, helping manage leads, build relationships, and schedule appointments for our sales teams.
