Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and processing orders. Assist with customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner. Help maintain CRM and sales databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales documents as needed. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate order fulfillment and resolve client concerns. Requirements Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience using CRM tools is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic team setting. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused mindset.
