Event Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using given tools and training Foster brand recognition through local retail events with Event Sales Assistant team members Maintain high compliance levels for our clients and personal brand by maintaining high levels of professionalism throughout customer interactions and sale process Greet customers and efficiently answer any specific questions they might have pertaining to products and services Analyze customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions Be at the forefront of customer-facing interactions including but not limited to: acquisition, retention, and increased sales by cultivating an outstanding customer experience Develop comprehensive knowledge of all client's products, services, deals or sales promotions to ensure the customer is well informed

Event Sales Assistant Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Have reliable transportation as this is an on-site role in Jackson High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred Experience in previous event sales, customer service, retail, or sales positions are preferred Self-starter with the ability to shine individually as well as team projects Friendly, outgoing, professional and confident demeanor Ambitious, eager, and enthusiastic to take on new challenges Master problem solver and solution oriented in tough situations Team player with a desire to collaborate with others
