Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active New Jersey Life and Health insurance license. Minimum of two years of experience in consultative sales or client relationship management. Ability to navigate complex information and present simple, clear solutions. High level of comfort using digital tools for client record management and scheduling. Strong organizational habits and a proactive approach to managing your daily calendar. Experience with health insurance plan architecture or Medicare options is beneficial. Responsibilities Conduct thorough discovery meetings to understand the unique long-term goals of your clients. Translate technical policy details into plain language that helps families make informed decisions about their coverage. Maintain an active presence in the Freehold community to foster local connections and awareness. Ensure all client files are accurate and follow regulatory standards to keep their records in top shape. Collaborate with our office team to streamline the onboarding process for new accounts. Keep your professional knowledge sharp by engaging with industry updates and product enhancements regularly.
