We specialize in intimate, all-inclusive river and canal cruises throughout Europe and beyond, offering personalized service and outstanding value to travelers from around the world. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Groups & Charter Back-Office Sales Support to join our North American team in Nanuet, NY. Position Summary This role supports our Groups and Charter Sales Department by managing administrative, operational, and sales support functions that ensure a seamless experience for our groups and charter clients, and internal sales staff. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare contracts, invoices, confirmations, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate group booking setup, inventory management, and cabin assignments.
  • Process deposits, final payments, and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Monitor group deadlines, payment schedules, and contractual milestones.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and sales tracking information.
  • Coordinate with Reservations, Operations and Accounting departments.
  • Assist with charter planning, manifests, rooming lists, and onboard requests.
  • Support promotional campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and sales events as needed.
  • Maintain CRM and reservation systems with accurate customer and booking information.
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service while managing multiple priorities. Qualifications
  • 2+ years cruise line, tour operator or travel agency group bookings experience.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with reservation or CRM systems.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the tour operator and travel agency distribution network is preferred.

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
