Design & Sales Support Location:

From dream kitchens to spa-like bathrooms, we're here to build spaces that feel like home. Role Description For this position we are looking for a helping hand! We need someone who is honest and moral, and can help with projects! You must have very good knowledge in 2020 design hardware, and know how to communicate with clients. The position would include things like designing projects, helping around the showroom, answering calls, etc. Phone Management Answer and route incoming calls with a professional, friendly tone. Greet walk‑in visitors, schedule appointments, and maintain a tidy desk. Design Support Stay current with 2020‑era design trends, materials, and color palettes; assist in preparing mood boards, spec sheets, and presentation decks. Help the Designer/Sales Manager gather product information, samples, and pricing for client proposals. Administrative & Financial Tasks Perform basic QuickBooks functions (invoice creation, expense entry, payment tracking). Process purchase orders, maintain inventory logs, and coordinate deliveries. Time & Calendar Management Manage the Designer/Sales Manager's calendar, schedule site visits, and coordinate client meetings. Ensure all deadlines are met and that the showroom's daily operations run on schedule. On‑Site Presence Be physically present in the showroom during regular hours and on Saturdays to support sales activities, client walkthroughs, and last‑minute requests. Assist with setting up displays, staging products, and handling any on‑the‑spot client needs. Team Collaboration Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal staff to keep projects moving forward. Contribute ideas for improving showroom flow, client experience, and sales processes. Qualifications Strong familiarity with 2020 interior‑design trends, materials, and styling concepts Willing to work Saturdays Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent phone etiquette, clear written communication, and a welcoming demeanor with clients Basic proficiency in QuickBooks (invoicing, expense tracking, reporting) - preferred Detail‑oriented, capable of maintaining accurate records and a tidy showroom environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and showroom management software Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment Valid NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation (required for in-home consultations). Authorized to work in the United States. Sales experience required (kitchen and bath industry preferred but not mandatory).
