Program Overview This 24-month rotational program is designed for high-potential candidates seeking a career in sales and commercial leadership. Participants will rotate through three key areas: Customer Service Rotation (4-6 months) Learn MCC's World Class Service model. Gain hands-on experience managing customer orders, resolving complaints, and supporting capacity planning. Develop analytical and communication skills while mastering MCC's business systems. Sales Support Rotation (6 - 8 months) Participate in cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization. Partner with Account Manager to manage customer timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications. Gain an understanding and experience in sales enablement tools. Account Management Rotation (12 months) Own strategic account planning and customer engagement. Support bids/RFPs, forecasting, and pipeline development. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Build strong internal and external relationships across departments and customer accounts. Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Participate in sales reporting and CRM management. Travel as needed to engage with customers and MCC teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Demonstrated customer service skills. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Passion for customer service, project execution, and strategic sales.
