In Office Starting Pay:
$15.00/hour About the Position UBuildIt is looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative & Sales Support Coordinator to join our corporate team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who enjoys staying organized, completing projects, learning new systems, and helping a team keep things moving. You'll provide administrative support across our corporate office, with a particular focus on franchise sales support, lead distribution, preparation and shipping of materials, surveys, and recurring administrative processes. This is not a call-center or receptionist position. Most communication and work will take place through email, Microsoft Teams, our CRM and other internal business systems. The position reports directly to our Office Manager and works with several members of our corporate team. What You'll Do Lead & Sales Support A major part of your job will be helping our franchise sales process run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be responsible for tasks such as: Distributing new franchise leads to the appropriate salesperson. Making sure leads are properly assigned and entered into our systems. Preparing and mailing information kits to prospective franchisees. Preparing and shipping gift boxes and other sales materials when requested. Helping maintain accurate prospect and lead information. Assisting with administrative steps throughout the franchise sales process. Helping make sure required follow-ups and administrative tasks don't fall through the cracks. Supporting the sales team with recurring administrative needs. You will not be responsible for selling franchises. Your job is to help keep the people, information, and materials supporting the sales process organized. Administrative Support You'll also help with a variety of corporate administrative responsibilities, including: Preparing, organizing, and shipping materials. Assisting with calendars, meetings, scheduling, and reminders. Maintaining organized electronic records and information. Updating spreadsheets, CRM records, and internal systems. Assisting with mailings and corporate materials. Helping coordinate recurring administrative projects. Providing general support to the Office Manager and corporate team as needed. Surveys & Communications As you learn the position, you may also assist with: Conducting and tracking surveys of prospective customers and franchise leads. Following up with older franchise leads for feedback. Assisting with franchisee and customer surveys. Preparing and distributing company newsletters. Maintaining contact lists and communication records. Helping with other corporate communication projects. What We're Looking For You don't need years of corporate experience to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and willing to learn.
The ideal candidate will have:
0-2 years of administrative, office, customer service, sales-support, or similar experience. Strong attention to detail. Good written communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Comfort working with computers and learning new software. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. The ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines. A professional attitude and strong follow-through. The ability to work independently once trained. A willingness to jump in and help when priorities change. Experience with Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, lead-management software, or other business applications is helpful but not required. We can teach you our systems. We're more interested in finding someone who is organized, capable, dependable, and willing to learn. You'll Probably Be Great at This Job If You... Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:
