Job Description

Sales Support Administrator Full-Time • Customer Service & Administration
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Sales Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for new customers, managing initial scheduling of services, and ensuring accurate, timely data entry within our core software system. You will play an essential part in delivering a smooth onboarding experience while keeping our internal records precise and up to date.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify and enter accurate customer data into our customer software platform from signed estimates, ensuring records are complete, current, and free of errors. Coordinate and manage the initial scheduling of customer service calls from signed estimates, ensuring appointments are confirmed, tracked, and communicated clearly to all relevant parties. Receive overflow inbound phone calls from new customer inquiries professionally and warmly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new customer information is handed off correctly and follow-up actions are completed within expected timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Schedule Management:
Ability to consider and determine scheduling commitments.
Data Accuracy:
High attention to detail with a commitment to error-free data entry.
Phone Communication:
Clear, professional, and friendly communication with customers.
Software Proficiency:
Comfortable working in CRM, scheduling, and data management tools.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus. 1+ year of experience in an administrative, customer service, or data entry role preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently. Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus. Work 40 hours per week within the company office, Monday through Friday.

This position is considered for $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience with the employee's individual health plan premium paid by the company.
