Salary Range:
$36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management abilities. A positive and proactive attitude. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus. Familiarity with agency management software is desirable. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team. Manage and organize client files and records with meticulous attention to detail. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member. Process new business applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and special projects.
