Job Description
The Business Gifting Associate (BGA) provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to sales reps. This role focuses on coordinating processes, maintaining data accuracy, supporting service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales Representatives.
Assist with order processing and ensure accurate entry into company systems.
Maintain and update customer records, opportunities, and activities within the system. Customer Support & Coordination Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate Sales Representative.
Coordinate follow-up activities.
Assist with onboarding new customers and managing account documentation.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding orders, requests, and status updates. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with CRM, ticketing, or ERP systems preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Experience supporting customer service or operations teams is a plus Preferred Experience 2-5 years in administrative support, customer support operations, or coordination roles
Familiarity with service workflows, case management, or order processing
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, service, and operations Key Competencies Time management and prioritization
