We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Licensed Sales Agent / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our valued customers, guiding them through their insurance and financial service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and customer service will drive growth and foster lasting relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while making a meaningful impact in our community. We are seeking a motivated and licensed Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about helping clients find the right insurance solutions. Responsibilities Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance products with a concentration in personal lines Develop and maintain strong client relationships Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up Review client coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Accurately maintain client records, policy activity, and sales documentation within agency management systems Prepare insurance proposals, policy documentation, applications, and related client materials Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and existing clients throughout the sales process Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) Previous insurance sales experience preferred Strong ability to close business and identify cross-sell opportunities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong time management skills Comfortable navigating CRM and agency management systems Self-driven with a competitive mindset and team-oriented approach Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service Proficient with standard office technology and digital communication tools Career Growth This platform is built for scale, creating real advancement opportunities for high performers, including: Senior Producer roles Team Leadership Sales Management Specialized production paths Competitive salary plus commission opportunities
