Executive and Sales support Provide administrative support to executive leadership and sales management Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements Maintain CRM records prepare sales presentations, reports, correspondence International Sales Coordination support international customer communications monitor international orders assist with international trade show preparations Customer and Operational Support serve as key point of contact for customer inquiries assist with pricing updates, contracts generate reports
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of administrative or sales support experience experience supporting international business operations preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience with export/shipping documentation is a plus
