Entry Level AT&T Assistant

From your first day as an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you'll play a key role in customer service by guiding customers through upgrades, processing sales, and ensuring every interaction leaves them satisfied.

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Connect with businesses and customers to promote AT&T's internet, TV, wireless services and more to increase awareness Identify customer needs and offer tailored bundles towards their requests Ability to communicate with business owners thoroughly and clearly when processing sales orders Lead product presentations, installations, and basic support to ensure customer satisfaction Consistently exceed individual and team sales through proactive outreach and follow-up Work within a diverse team environment to continuously stay up to date on all accounts, service features, benefits, and skills in this role

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, warehouse, or service role preferred Verbal communication and presentation skills to convey product value with confidence Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively Interest in business, management, sales, and telecommunications Proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for learning and career advancement

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Overview:

This position is a full time employment position located in Moon Township, PA This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers and businesses.

Pay:

100% commission•$70•250 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.

Weekly Pay:

$3,800•$5,200 / monthly average pay based on commissions

We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers and businesses for their wireless and internet services
