Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Travel Sales Support/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital support behind our sales operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth communication with clients, managing bookings, and maintaining organizational efficiency. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help deliver an outstanding experience to our customers and support our continued growth. Responsibilities Prepare and process contracts for the sales department. Create detailed trip itineraries and route maps. Process outgoing mail and correspondence. Maintain and update client files, databases, and Excel spreadsheets. Process Atlantic City Line Run orders and submit required paperwork to dispatch. Provide administrative support to the sales department and management team. Perform general office duties as assigned. Receive and process employment applications. Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy using multi-line phone systems. Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail. Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude. Prior administrative, or office experience preferred
