Job Description
Valence Consulting Group is hiring a full-time AT&T Assistant to join our growing sales team. In this customer-facing sales role, you'll meet with customers, introduce available fiber internet services, answer questions, and help them enroll in solutions that fit their needs. No previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth in sales. What You'll Be Doing as an AT&T Assistant Introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, promotions, and available plan options Explain internet speeds, pricing, installation, and account features in a clear, professional way Help customers compare internet solutions based on streaming, gaming, remote work, and household connectivity needs As an AT&T Assistant, assist with customer enrollments, account setup, service activations, upgrades, and account updates Answer questions regarding billing, installation, service options, and account support Build strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up as an AT&T Assistant Maintain organized customer records and daily sales activity As an AT&T Assistant, represent the Quantum Fiber sales campaign professionally during every customer interaction What We're Looking For in an AT&T Assistant Strong communication and people skills for sales success as an AT&T Assistant Positive attitude with a willingness to learn as an AT&T Assistant Comfortable working directly with customers in a customer-facing environment Interest in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or business development Organized, dependable, and motivated to achieve sales goals Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, food service, sales, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required As an AT&T Assistant, you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to build real-world sales experience while helping customers connect to fast, reliable fiber internet.
