As an AT&T Wireless Sales Assistant, you will connect with our customers in person to share the transformative power of AT&T Fiber. Extensive training alongside sales representatives will help you excel in customer acquisition and sales. The AT&T Wireless Sales Assistant's help transforms lives with superior internet and delivers impressive sales outcomes that fuel shared success. Core Functions of the AT&T Wireless Sales Assistant Engage customers in person to introduce AT&T Fiber's ultra-fast internet solutions that enhance everyday digital experiences. Engage in in-person sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable AT&T Fiber plans for streaming, gaming, and remote work. Highlight the benefits of AT&T Fiber's reliability, speed, and future-ready technology in a straightforward, relatable manner. Assist customers during the decision-making process by clearly and patiently explaining plan options, installation timelines, and coverage areas. Build lasting relationships by offering tailored advice and ongoing support to ensure residents maximize their AT&T Fiber experience. Support the sales team by identifying customers interested in upgrading their internet service to AT&T Fiber through in-person sales consultations. Preferred Skills for the AT&T Wireless Sales Assistant Skilled at matching Fiber plans to our customers' connectivity needs. Goal-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets. Quick learner who adapts to new Fiber products and promotions. Comfortable learning new Fiber offerings and sales tools. Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position is a full-time employment position located in Abilene, TX. This position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.
