We are seeking motivated individuals to drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals for vital health insurance plans. Role Overview As a Full Cycle Sales Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the process of selecting and securing the right health insurance coverage. You will leverage your communication and sales skills to identify needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on autonomy and are driven by performance-based rewards. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and engage in video consultations to connect with potential clients. Build immediate rapport and trust with individuals over the phone and via video conferencing. Effectively manage your sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure. Clearly articulate the benefits and features of various health insurance plans. Address client inquiries and overcome objections with professionalism and expertise. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to overall sales success. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide the most accurate information. Compensation This role offers a commission-only compensation structure, providing substantial earning potential. S uccessful agents can expect to earn between $80,000 and $150,000 annually , directly reflecting their performance and ability to close deals. Work Arrangement This is a Remote position, allowing you to work from a location of your choice while delivering exceptional service to clients across the country. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Authorization to work in the United States. To be 18 years of age or older. A valid driver's license. Access to a mobile device with cellular data. Reliable home internet connection. Reliable transportation. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively. The ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with clients, even without in-person interaction. Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a sales pipeline. A proactive and self-directed approach to achieving sales targets. Resilience and a positive attitude when faced with challenges. Must live in one of the following states to be considered:
