Responsibilities:

Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources, mailers and internet lead investment made by the agent monthly Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets Provide an ethical and positive customer experience always DO YOU? Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
