Welcome guests and deliver an outstanding spa experience Drive membership and service sales Schedule appointments and manage bookings Check guests in/out and maintain client records Support daily spa operations and the team Keep the front desk and spa looking polished and welcoming

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of sales experience 2+ years of management experience Strong customer service and communication skills Goal-driven and motivated by sales Reliable and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends Hospitality, spa, or wellness experience is a plus
