We re looking for passionate, persuasive, and pet-loving sales professionals to join our Call Center team as PetPlus Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you ll connect with pet parents nationwide, helping them discover more cost-effective ways to care for their pets while supporting our mission to make pet care affordable and accessible. This is a proven successful program that you will be joining. We have offices in Florida and New York. We are open to remote working in the following states: GA, NJ, TX, and TN. If you reside more than 60 miles away from the physical office locations, you may be considered for remote working. What You ll Do Contact pet parents via phone and email to promote the PetPlus membership program. Communicate program benefits clearly and confidently to drive enrollment and close sales. Provide outstanding customer service while handling questions about orders, prescriptions, and products. Assist customers with Rx and non-Rx order updates, including communication with veterinary offices. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service KPIs. Collaborate with supervisors to share feedback and suggest process improvements. What We re Looking For Passionate about pets and helping pet parents save on quality care. Sales-driven with a proven ability to close deals. 2+ years of sales experience (required). 2+ years of customer service experience (required). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy with strong computer, typing, and CRM navigation skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
