In this role, you'll focus on selling insurance products and building lasting client relationships. As a Sales Agent, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance working from home and the office. Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities Health Insurance Hands on Training Tuition Reimbursement Mon-Fri Schedule Work from Home Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented office environment. Goal-driven and able to thrive under performance metrics. Responsibilities Sell Farmers Personal Lines and Business Lines insurance policies. Maintain a full-time office schedule (MondayFriday, 9 AM6 PM). Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with bonus opportunities for high performance. Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and follow-up. Accurately document and track sales performance in agency systems. About Us Insurance Sales
