Sales Assistant

This position's primary responsibility is to support our Sales Executive with information gathering and data entry. This position is hybrid.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor shared Sales email inbox
• Receive requests for quotes and online orders from website
• Enter accurate Customer information in CRM
• Gather all information needed to enter an accurate Customer quote
• Gather all shipping costs needed for quote
• Send completed quotes to Customers
• Enter Sales Receipts from online orders received through website
• Send invoices for shipping charges for online orders
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills through various channels
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay:
