Virtual Assistant & Sales Support (Part-Time)

I'm looking for a reliable "right hand" to help keep our business humming! This is a great role for someone who is organized, loves a variety of tasks, and enjoys staying busy. Shooting over an estimate or a contract to our clients while the sales rep is on site. Checking in on

Leads:

Hopping on the phone to follow up with people who have reached out to us (you'll need a quiet spot to make these calls).

Staying Organized:

Keeping our Project Management boards updated so we always know what's next.

Getting Creative:

Using Canva to make a quick social post or Mailchimp to send out a newsletter.

Calendar Math:

Keeping our Google Calendar and Drive organized. What I'm looking for: You're "Good with Computers": You don't need to be an IT pro, but you aren't afraid to click around and learn a new program. You're Comfortable on the

Phone:

You have a friendly, professional phone voice. You Notice the

Little Things:

You're the person who catches a typo before it goes out the door.

You're Local:

Since I'd like to train in person and meet up occasionally, you should be in the King George area. The "Pluses": If you've used QuickBooks, Asana, Canva, Google before, that's awesome!
