The Retreat Chiropractic & Wellness is looking for a warm, confident, sales-driven Red Light Therapy Case Manager to help manage and grow the red light therapy side of our practice. This is not a front-desk position. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves health and wellness, connects naturally with people, and is comfortable guiding prospective clients from their initial consultation through choosing and committing to a recommended care plan. You will be trained on our red light therapy technology, protocols, services, consultation process, care plans, and sales approach. All required training is paid. You do not need to come in as a red light therapy expert, but you do need to be coachable, confident, motivated, and excited to learn. What You'll Do Conduct red light therapy consultations with prospective clients Learn about each client's goals and create an exceptional, personalized experience Educate clients on red light therapy, recommended frequency, and available care options Present care plans and memberships clearly and confidently Close care plans and memberships Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet committed Conduct follow-up/Day 2 consultations and progress check-ins Manage your client caseload and help clients stay consistent with their recommended schedule Follow up with inactive clients and leads Maintain accurate client information, scheduling, and communication Operate the red light therapy studio and equipment Help identify opportunities to generate referrals, retain clients, and grow the red light therapy program Who We're Looking For - We want someone who can be genuinely warm and welcoming while still knowing how to sell. You should be comfortable talking about money, presenting higher-value care plans, answering questions, handling objections, following up, and ultimately asking someone to move forward.

Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, recovery, beauty, or a related field Naturally personable, energetic, and confident Sales-minded and motivated by results Comfortable with consultative selling rather than high-pressure sales Excellent at building trust and relationships Persistent with follow-up without being pushy Organized and able to manage multiple clients at different stages of their care Reliable and able to consistently manage scheduled client appointments Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of their role Coachable and excited to learn Interested in helping grow a developing part of a small business Previous experience in sales, membership sales, boutique fitness, wellness, med spa/aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or another client-facing sales environment is strongly preferred. Compensation + Perks $18/hour base pay Performance-based commission/bonuses on qualifying care plans and memberships you personally close Paid training Complimentary/discounted red light therapy and chiropractic care Opportunity for increased hours and earning potential as the red light therapy program grows Hands-on training in wellness, client consultation, sales, follow-up, and case management Schedule This is a part-time, variable-hour position, generally expected to range approximately 10-20 hours per week depending on consultation volume and client caseload. Hours have the opportunity to grow alongside the red light therapy program. This is an especially good fit for someone who is motivated by the opportunity to help build their client base, increase sales, and grow their own earning potential in the process. Because clients will be scheduled specifically with you, dependability and consistency are essential. What Success Looks Like Success in this role isn't simply showing up for scheduled appointments. We want someone who takes ownership of the entire client journey. You make people feel comfortable. You ask great questions. You understand what they're looking for. You confidently explain our recommendations. You close. And if someone isn't ready that day, you follow up. As the red light therapy program grows, we want this person to grow with it.
