Responsibilities Assist homeowners with selections and finish choices Coordinate and process change orders Schedule appointments with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors Support the sales and customer experience process from contract through completion Maintain communication and follow-up throughout the building process Coordinate administrative tasks related to residential construction projects Help ensure a smooth and organized experience for homeowners Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional and polished presentation Dependable with a stable work history Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Preferred Experience Residential construction or homebuilding experience Builder sales assistant experience Design center coordination experience Construction office administration experience Customer service coordination within construction Buildertrend or similar construction software experience Compensation & Benefits $40,000 - $60,000+ DOE 401(k) Life Insurance Employee-paid Health Insurance Two weeks paid vacation after one year Three weeks paid vacation after two years Annual performance-based company bonus Why Join?
