Customer Sales Administrator Elevation Foods - 2.2 Knoxville, TN Job Details Full-time | Contract $23 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Microsoft Office Specialist Filing Certified Administrative Professional Data entry Full Job Description About the Role Elevation Foods is a fast-growing private label and co-manufacturing food company serving major grocery and club retailers. The Customer Sales Admin is a critical team member in our customer support function, keeping quotes, portals, documentation, and new account setup moving accurately and on time. This is an entry-level role with real exposure to how a $75M+ manufacturer runs its commercial operations, and a natural stepping stone into Customer Experience, Sales Operations, or Business Development. Key Responsibilities Customer Portals & Documentation Maintain and update customer portals (retailer supplier portals, EDI-related documentation, vendor setup forms) Fulfill customer document requests: certificates of insurance, kosher/allergen certificates, spec sheets, W9s, and other compliance paperwork Keep customer files organized and current in Spork and shared drives New Customer Setup Process new customer onboarding: credit applications, vendor forms, item setup requests Coordinate with Sales Ops and Finance to ensure new accounts are fully set up before first shipment Price Quote Administration Log, track, and follow up on outstanding price quotes across the sales team Maintain the quote tracker and flag stale or at-risk quotes to Sales/CX leadership Ensure quotes are formatted correctly and routed for approval per pricing guardrails General Sales & CX Support Provide backup support for order entry and basic account maintenance as needed Coordinate sample shipments and related paperwork Support scheduling and prep for customer calls and meetings Assist with basic customer-facing reporting (e.g., fill rate or OTIF summaries pulled from existing reports) Maintain accurate customer contact lists and distribution records What You Bring 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role (food/CPG a plus, not required) Strong attention to detail: this role is the last line of defense on documentation completion and accuracy Comfortable learning new systems (EF ERP (Spork), customer portals, EDI tools, etc.), asking for support where needed but able to learn and execute independently Organized and able to manage multiple open requests at once without dropping the ball Clear, professional written communication for customer-facing correspondence Proficient in Excel/Outlook; grocery customer experience a plus but not required
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
