We have multiple opportunities for both new and experienced on-site sales professionals! Locations include Davidson, Sumner, Rutherford, Maury, Wilson and Williamson county communities!

Demonstrate Community Product and Make Sales Based on Buyer's Needs Prospect and Contact Potential Customers Reach Agreed Upon Sales Targets by the Deadline Set Follow-Up Appointments and Develop Long Term Nurtures Lead Generate for New Clients Manage On-Site Sales from Contract through
Closing Qualifications:
Previous New Home Sales Experience a Plus, Not Required General Sales Experience a Plus Weekends Required Proven Ability to Meet Sales Deadlines Willingness to Learn This is a commission only, real estate career with a local builder that builds approximately 100 homes a year. Only serious, highly driven individuals will be considered for this opportunity!
