What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized product recommendations Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strong product knowledge Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.) Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking products Maintain visual merchandising standards and style wigs/extensions for display Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally Promote in-store campaigns and contribute to monthly sales goals Assist with store events, promotions, and daily operations Operate with a results-driven mindset, consistently working toward achieving both individual sales goals and overall team targets.
